Das Herumziehen von einer Hlohovecer Weinkellerei in die nächste und die Vorführung einer besonderen Musik dort, welche “Cimbál” genannt wird, hat eine lange Tradition. In allen ca. zwanzig Kellereien sollte man sich ans Mitmachen und an die Verkostung von reichlich Wein gewöhnen.
Hier kann man das einzigartige Foodfestival einer Stadt erleben, welche stolz ist auf die größte Mandelbaum-Anpflanzung Mitteleuropas. Der Ausblick auf die blühenden Mandelbäume ist einzigartig und natürlich darf man sich auch einige kulinarische Kostproben der Mandelprofis nicht entgehen lassen!
Dieses Weinfest sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen! Der erste „Federweiße/ bzw. -rote“ Südmährens („burcák“ – in Österreich auch „Sturm“, in der Schweiz „Sauser“ genannt) kann verkostet werden… und natürlich auch jede Menge „richtigen“ Weins… direkt von Hlohovecer Winzern.
Südmähren gehört zum Wein und der Wein gehört zu Südmähren – und Hlohovec ist da keine Ausnahme. Es hat somit bereits Tradition, dass die örtlichen Winzer hier eine Weinausstellung organisieren. Während des Weinverkostungs-Festes wird eine besondere traditionelle Musik gespielt, welche “Cimbal” genannt wird.
